Great story! A must have for Brazilian-American kids!
This book told my daughter’s life story, which I’m sure it’s the story of so many US born kids whose one or both parents are from Brazil. The rhymes make it easier for kids to enjoy and the book is very well written. Very simple but cute illustrations. High quality hard cover and inside pages

    Really cute book
I am Brazilian married to an american with three kids. This book is really cute and helps my kids to understand the importance of being bilingual and that they are not the only ones around that have two different citizenship and in which home more than one language is spoken.

Adorable story! super cute book 🙂
This is a great book for children growing up in multicultural families. We speak both Portuguese and English at our home and the story is very relatable. I am glad that we have a book with a family narrative that is so close to ours
